Seastars can be redeemed only by the individual who has earned them.
To be eligible to redeem your Seastars, you must have:
- completed at least one contract with V.Group (as agent on behalf of ship owners) at any time and
- been approved in the ShipSure system and have submitted your signed contract for your second contract with V.Group (as agent on behalf of ship owners)
