It is an updated method of searching the online V.MS platform available via on multiple platforms to answer any query on the V.MS in multiple languages.
ChatV.MS is set up with the V.MS as a ‘knowledge base’ which it can then utilise to answer questions asked by the user. The ChatV.MS tool can only answer questions based on V.MS content (any questions asked are unrelated to the V.MS it will not provide an answer)
