Question: Am I still expected to carry scanned documents to the technical /crewing office and also onboard the vessel?
Answer: Unless you have been informed otherwise by the mobilization team, you don’t need to carry these documents during your office visit. You will need to carry them onboard and show them to the vessel master review.
