Will my card be accepted by Visa-accredited merchants and ATMs?

ShipMoney visa cards are accepted by all Visa- accredited merchants and ATMs outside Russia. ShipMoney cards and all Visa cards are not usable in Russia as Visa has blocked transactions in this region.
