Yes, using the fulfilment form you may define the address which the reward should be sent too. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact details of the recipient. If the delivery is not successful due to an inaccurate delivery address we will not re-ship the package, but you may pick it up from the office on your next visit.
