Answer: On your mobile app, go to ‘Documents & Certificates’ to view the status of your uploaded documents. To easily view your documents - you can set View Order and/or Filter by Status– i.e., Expired, Expiring, Awaiting Validation, or Missing Attachment
Why is it important to update my seafarer documents in the system?
Uploading documents helps the Mobilisation team to validate your eligibility for a particular assignment. In case the documents are invalid, the team can reach out to you to upload the correct documents.
