I no longer wish to participate in Voyage Loyalty. How do I close my account?

You can close your Voyage Loyalty account through the V. Crew Connect App by emailing the crew support centre at voyage@v.group

The team will coordinate the removal of your account from the Voyage Loyalty programme.
