Once you have sufficient SeaStars for your preferred item for redemption, click on the item in the Voyage section of the V Crew app. From there, you will be prompted on where to ship the item. If it is an item suitable for physical shipping, like a V branded item, you will be asked whether you prefer to pick it up in V Group’s Manila office or have it shipped to you. For items suitable to ship via email, like a digital Sodexo gift card or digital travel card, we will send it to the email you have in your V Crew app profile.
