How can I know the status of my application?

You can monitor the status of claims submitted through V.Ships Connect in the Crew Expense dashboard. Additionally, you will receive a notification in the app, and a text or email message once your claim is approved or rejected.

 

Status

What it means?

S

(Submitted)

This means your application is pending review for approval or rejection by your CMM. You may coordinate directly with them to check if any further actions are required on your end.

A

(Approved)

This means your application has been approved, and payment will be credited to the account you’ve chosen within 10 working days.

R

(Rejected)

This means your application has been rejected. You can check the reason and remarks for rejection by opening the specific line item in the mobile app.

SP

(Sent for Payment)

This means payment has been credited to your bank account and should reflect in 3-5 banking days.
