Social Security, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig contributions are deducted from your fixed allotment, as well as applicable union fees, depending on the CBA of the vessel you will be joining.
In addition, if there are other deductibles such as adjustments on your wages, it will be applied to your fixed allotment.
All deductions are applied to your first allottee.
