The annual Safety Culture Survey is open up to the 4th October 2024. For those who have already completed the survey, many thanks. For those who have not completed the survey, this is a reminder to complete it and give us your important views on our Safety Culture within V.
Please keep in mind that:
- The survey is open to all V. colleagues ashore and onboard
- The survey is anonymous
- The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete
Everyone should have received an email to their personal email address inviting them to participate and access the survey via the dedicated weblink.

If you face any connection issues, an interactive PDF version along with completion instructions can be made available so that we ensure your feedback is received. Please speak with your Master or Crew Management Representative who will request a PDF copy from the local HSSEQ Manager.
