- Start Recovery: Open the ShipMoney app or website and tap Forgot Password.
- Verify Identity: Enter your Customer ID and the last 4 digits of your ShipMoney card.
- Security Code: Check your email or SMS for a 6-digit security code and enter it into the app.
- New Password: Create and verify a new password, then tap Confirm to save it.
