- Start Recovery: Open the ShipMoney app or website and tap Forgot Username.
- Enter ID: Type in your Customer ID and tap Confirm.
- Security Questions: Enter your Date of Birth and answer the security questions Seafarer created during registration.
- Finalize: Tap Confirm to complete the recovery process.
