How do I make a card-to-card transfer?

ShipMoney Card-to-Card (C2C) transfers allow Seafarer to send money instantly between ShipMoney cardholders.

– Main cardholders can send funds to any other ShipMoney cardholder within V. Group.
 – Companion cardholders can only send funds back to their main cardholder.


 Sending Money

  1. Log in to your ShipMoney account and click Card to Card Transfer.
  2. Tap the recipient’s name to continue if it is already saved. To add a new one, click + Add Recipient.
  3. For a new recipient, enter the Recipient’s Last Name and Customer ID, then click Confirm.
  4. Enter the 6-digit security code sent to your email or phone, then click Confirm.
  5. Choose the recipient from your list. Enter your 4-digit birth year, enter the amount to transfer, and click Transfer to complete the transaction. Click Done when finished.
  6. Click Schedule to set up another transfer to the same recipient.

Important:

Main cardholders must enter their own 4-digit birth year. Companion cardholders must enter the birth year of the main cardholder, not their own.

Transfers are instant and cannot be amended or canceled.

After completing a transfer, click Schedule to set a future date and modify the amount for the same recipient.
