Crew can download their account statements directly from the ShipMoney app.
Steps:
1. Log into the app
2. Go to the account or transactions section
3. Select the option to view statements
4. Download the statement in PDF format
For standard account statements, no ticket or request is required.
If you need additional records or extended transaction history beyond what is available in the app, you can submit a request through Customer Support inside the app for further assistance.
